Personal Online Banking is free for all i3 Bank customers and is available 24 hours a day seven days a week. Bill Pay is part of online banking where you can pay your bills online. To enhance the security of the online banking website, you will be asked to answer challenge questions. Signing up is easy and you can access your accounts immediately. With Bill Pay, you have access to these great features:

Our personal payment service enables you to send and receive money to those you know, or owe, in as little as one business day — securely and electronically — right from Online Bill Pay. All you need is their email address or mobile phone number!

Add new vendors simply by typing in the company name. If a match is found in the database, the vendor’s information will be added automatically. No more hunting down mailing addresses! Simply enter your account number and add your bills to be paid.

Never make a late payment again! When you set up reminders, you’ll receive a message telling you when your payment is due.

Choose which checking account to pay your bills from. Call us to set up this feature.

Eliminate the hassle of paying your monthly bills by setting up recurring payments. This is a great option for payments that don’t change from month to month – such as your car payment or mortgage.

The Payment Center lets you make payments and view pending payments, recent payments and bill reminders all on the same screen.


Enroll today and discover all the advantages of eStatements. Simply log into Online Banking and enroll for eStatements under the Options tab. You need to have Online Banking or Mobile Banking to receive your eStatements. Adobe Reader is required to view statements.

TransferNow is a secure method of transferring money between your i3 Bank account(s) and your account(s) at other participating financial institutions from within your Online Banking.

Personal customers, only between U.S. accounts. Funds can only be transferred between accounts with same ownership.

TransferNow offers the ability to transfer funds into and out of checking, savings, money market and brokerage accounts.

i3 Bank offers two transfer options: Standard and Next-Day.

  • Standard Transfers arrive in the receiving account within three business days.
  • Next-Day Transfers arrive in the receiving account on the next business day.

Next-Day Transfers are available for qualified accounts. In order to qualify your account for Next-Day Transfers, you will first need to complete a minimum standard transfer of $500, complete a 30-day waiting period in which you have no overdrafts and maintain a minimum available balance of $750.

  • No fee for Standard settlement
  • $10 fee for each Next-Day settlement

Yes. TransferNow offers one-time, recurring and future-dated transfer options.

Yes, the minimum transfer amount is $10. Individual customer limits are as follows:

  • Standard Transfers have an individual transaction and 30-day account rolling limit of $5,000 and $10,000, respectively.
  • Next-Day Transfers have an individual transaction and 30-day account rolling limit of $2,000 and $5,000, respectively.

Yes. You may add up to five financial institutions for transferring, including brokerage accounts.

No. To send a transfer, the sender needs to be the account owner or joint account owner on the i3 Bank account and on the account at the other financial institution.

Yes – TransferNow functionality is available within the TouchBanking App. However, note that you cannot currently enroll from TouchBanking – you must enroll from a web browser. See below.

To begin using TransferNow you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and then from a web browser:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • In the top ribbon, select “Transfer,” then “Launch External Transfer”
  • Next, select “Add a New Account”

Once you have entered all required external account information, you will receive two temporary “trial deposits” in each external account you link. Use these trial deposits to verify your external account in Online Banking. There is a maximum of two attempts to verify the trial deposits. If you exceed the number of allowed attempts, you must delete and re-add your account and then restart the trial deposit process.

You can activate Alerts in Online Banking or in our i3 Bank Mobile Banking App.  Once you are logged in to Online Baking, click on Manage Alerts to activate and customize your alerts.   To activate Alerts in our Mobile Banking App, login and select Manage Alerts under Quick Links or select More and then Alerts.
